As Rehabilitation Counsellors, we have a strong understanding of the impact of disability, health conditions and disadvantage on people's lives, and the importance that work and education play in an individual's overall wellness.

Reframe provides vocational support to NDIS Participants and Lifetime Care Participants. We can assist your participants to explore and engage in meaningful activities (e.g., volunteering, community groups, study) in line with their interests and strengths with the aim to reconnect with a sense of purpose and hope.

What can I expect when referring a client to Reframe?

Initial phone call/teleconference call with client/participant, to determine suitability for career counselling or rehabilitation counselling.

Correspondence with referrer following initial contact with client.
​

Ongoing communication & collaboration with referrer (as appropriate and where consent provided) in order to support client.
